On your third or forth day of the customers the professor will say to check the empty stalls inside the building when you check the dogs one you will find a golden retriever and in the cats stall you will find a black and white kitten sort of when you unlock the rabbit.

On iphone/android you have to buy the in app purchase to get different animals. I have purchased all of the animals for my children and they have really got my moneys worth. It is very peaceful in the house with my kids distracted by this wonderful game. They love this game and are always running up to me saying things like, "look Mummy! Thumper the foal has been adopted by Marianne!" Thanks for asking questions

Once you pay for expanded pet collection like .99 for birds, 1.99 for horses. Ect. Do they keep restocking those pets you paid for as well , my daughter loves the rabbits cause you can interact with them the most.
