Two that I know from memory are "Johnny Appleseed" (at least 4 villages near spawn) and "sylphe"; really like that one as it has a very nice village near spawn and the world is lots of fun to explore, with many different biomes that are relatively close to spawn also.
You'll easily find lots more by typing something like "Minecraft PE village seed" in your search engine.

The seed is actually "sylph", without the "e" at the end. Sorry bout that, should have checked before posting!For more questions for Minecraft: Pocket Edition check out the question page where you can search or ask your own question.
