How do you copy minecraft worlds on pe 0.9.5

I got a new phone and I was wondering how I could "transfer" the minecraft world on my old phone to my new one

It is not possible to duplicate or "transfer" Minecraft Pocket Edition worlds from one device to another, unless you go through some EXTREME coding.
