Were do you get pumpkins, carrots, radish, Potatoes, mushrooms, coco beans

Coco beans are yet not introduced in survival however pumpkins, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms can be obtained once you use the nether reactor (see how: www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpL79f6GFTE ) Mushrooms also spawn naturally around trees and they multiply once planted in shady spots.
