I don't think you can get Animals to follow you in Minecraft PE weather you have the lite version or the bought one it is only possible in cpu version or xbox.

If you wait a few days or weeks then there will be an update and mojang have said they are working on it so soon you will be able to feed it to them. I have been waiting ages to get wheat and then I hit a sheep but luckily it was with a fist 😜

When I tried it, it didn't work, and the person who commented before me is right lol There will be an update soon for it, so you can't feed the Animals or get them to follow you yet.

It's impossible currently. However, you can dig a one-block-deep hole and put a fence on the edges of the hole. The Animals will be stupid enough to walk over the fence, and drop into the hole, where they can't jump out because of the fence.
