How to use the broomstick as the Weasley twins? I can't figure it out.

I think I'm at the end of the chapter -- Weasley twins -- and have climbed the banner, but I get a pop-up message: "Real wizards can ride broomsticks" at the top of the pillar and I don't know what to do.
