Infieri on the island are a pain. Basically you have to use the deluminator to move 3 sets of lights. Each light will free a goblet, which you then take up to the drinking fountain and "use". I found that I could run a couple laps around the island and get just enough time to get to a light, deluminate it, then do another lap to a goblet, light it, and grab it. The infieri won't stop you from drinking at the fountain when you have a goblet.
