1. Go outside the building, then head to the right, go up, hop on the big brown square platform that looks like a soil, then use your spell to lift you up onto the roof.
2. Near the platform you levitate on to, head on the spot where you place the Antenna.
3. Use your Accio spell onto that platform and hop over.
4. Levitate the ladder and then climb up, continue on your right and jump down to a lower area, go right and use Accio spell on to the other platform then hop over again.
5. Climb up to acquire the Wizard Hat.
