Try to reinstall your game:
1. Simply Uninstall your game.
2. Clean your storage to remove the remaining Hay Day files.
3. Turn off your device, wait for 10 seconds and turn it on again.
4. Install your game.
5. Check if it is working again.
Also, try to update your phone as that may also affect the game.
Reminder: Make sure that your village is connected to your Facebook account or a valid email before you uninstall your game.
