I did not get my last package (21 nuts for barn upgrade) that I ordered. You charged me. It's been 1-1/2 days and it has not come through yet. Can you fix this please?

Please note that in rare cases it can take up to 72 hours before you receive the in-game currency you purchased, so you may need to wait a while longer if they don't appear immediately.
When you make a purchase on Hay Day, all transactions are handled by iTunes & Google Play Store, so all charges will be billed via your accounts with either service. If your purchases are not delivered to your account after 72 hours, please contact iTunes Support for further information or Hay Day Player Support in case you are playing on Android.
