How to get a new iPad, after old one died, couldn’t back up old, is my farm lost?
When I re loaded hay day, it start as if I was a new player?

If you have connected your farm to Facebook for Android or Game Center for iOS before, then you should be able to get it back by simply signing in, just open up your Hay Day app, click settings, and in the settings tab, you can connect your Facebook / Google Play / Game Center account.
If you didn’t link your farm to those platforms, try this method:
1. You will need a valid email address to successfully recover your account.
2. Make sure you have access to an email address that you can use for logging into your game account.
3. You must use one that is not already connected to Supercell ID.
