How to send mail too other people and send different things?

1. If someone helps you by reviving/watering your plant or filling an order on your boat, a small envelope icon will be unlocked, you can press this icon to send a non editable Thank You letter to them.
2. Private chat does not happen in-game.
3. If you are in a neighborhood you can chat with your team members through neighborhood chat, everyone in the hood will see that chat.
