They will appear randomly in the red Mystery Boxes, from taking part in the Wheel of Fortune, clearing rocks and obstacles, and from Harvesting crops. This happens rarely though, you will need to play a lot of Hay Day to get many of them. They want you to buy them with real money so make them hard to find.

To get into other farms you need to click on the postbox and flick through the magazine

Yes, and if you join a group, your neighbors can sell them to you, too.

You can also sometimes find them in the news paper ,in toolboxes or wen you feed you're animals

Well, You can get them from them from other players who are selling them in the catalog which is found in your mailbox, sometimes you get them from completing achievements and going on higher levels.
