Not as of yet it will be part of a update using a code on the home screen using a tick chart for the cheat wanted they just letting users enjoy the game without the cheats for now
There is one cheat I know, if you get a rampage and want the weapon exit out of the game wile your in the rampage then leve it for 30 minets and hit resume in gta and you should have the weapon with unlimeted amo and no time limet
Right now there is no cheats for I pad but there will be in new updates
You don't need to wait 30mins to get unlimited ammo with the weapon you find.
