There have not yet been any infinite health cheats; however, if you go to an Ammu-nation with a shooting range and buy a pistol, SMG, shotgun, or assault rifle, you can use a glitch that will double your ammunition. First, start the shooting range challenge, then immediately quit. You will then see that you have doubled your ammunition. As for the infinite health, there has not been any glitches for that. However, by completing the paramedic side mission, you will get maximum health. With this, you can jump off of the highest building in the game and survive.
