What is the whole point of putting the cash register in front of the door?

You can put the registers where ever you want and I'm not completely sure why the hearts break I've tried all sorts of things and it still happens. I thought whatever showed before the heart break is what's wrong but again I've moved everything and bought more stuff so idk lol makes no sense.

Putting the registers or tables or really anything in front of the doors keeps customers from getting in. This allows you time to restock your boutique without everything being bought as soon as it hits the rack. It's great if you have NOTHING left in your boutique but just remember while the doors are closed you don't earn any coins!!! I try to block the doors for about an hour before I go to sleep each night so that I can really load up on things and then I open them again so that customers can buy all night and I get a lot of money!!!

Blocking doors is a way to close the store while you are way or asleep. It stops all yr clothes from being sold out. Saves having to completely restock which is time comsuming. Only prob is you cannot open any other parts of the app like profiles etc or accept gifts. This will cause all yr stock to be sold within seconds when you reopen. It also helps to blocks mirrors and change rooms by rotating or blocking as well as blocking doors as stock can still sell if access to these items are allowed.

If all of your racks are full and you block and unblock them, you will sell out in seconds. This makes room for more clothes without having to clear your racks. The point is so you still earn coins while trying to sell clothes out quickly.
