If you have connected your DLS to Facebook / Google Play for Android or iCloud for iOS before, then you should be able to get it back by simply:
1. Open Dream League Soccer
2. Navigate to the Main Menu
3. Click "Options"
4. Click "Game Settings"
5. Click "Advanced"
6. Enable "Google Play Games Services" and "Google Play Cloud"
Then make some progress in the game such as playing a match/level whilst connected to an internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi to ensure that the save data is uploaded to the cloud.
