At the start of the game, you will pick a manager and a team captain with different stats. On each profile, you can check the stats of the character SPE(Speed), ACC(acceleration), STA(Stamina), TAC(Tackling), SHO(Shooting), STR(Strength), CON(Ball Control), PAS(Passing). Pick the character with the highest stats and continue to the game.
You can always change your team captain by going to your “Team Management” tab - click on “Roles” - then you can edit your team here by selecting the captain, penalty kick taker, right corner kick taker, and more.
