There are two pieces of information which some people are having trouble finding, their Device ID and their UserName
How to Find My Username in DLS
Your username will be the same as on your Google Play Games account, or from Game Center if you are using iOS.
How to Find My Device ID in DLS
You can find your Device ID by going to the Options menus, then click game settings and then advanced settings.
You'll then see an option to view your information, click that and you'll get your Device ID.
