Make an account through FTGames who handles Dream League Soccer mobile:
1. Visit their page https://support.ftgames.com
2. Click “Sign In” on the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Click “Sign Up” to make an account.
Also, note that you should setup your Facebook / Google Play / iCloud account in-game to back up your saved game:
1. Open Dream League Soccer
2. Navigate to the Main Menu
3. Click "Options"
4. Click "Game Settings"
5. Click "Advanced"
6. Enable "Google Play Games Services", "Facebook Connect" or "Google Play Cloud"
