Can’t update Message says : game cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different apple Id?

Based on official apple discussions page:
1. You would have to delete those apps and purchase them again with your current AppleID.
2. All purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID that was used to make the purchase.
3. So you need to delete those apps, and download or buy them again with your AppleID to get them associated with your AppleID.
