How do I get all the doughnuts for level 3148

You can't right now. The game has a special characters to collect (varies based on season that pops up in place of one or more donuts. As a result, you'll always be one or two short. I am probably going to take a hiatus from the game until the seasonal character is removed. I might have a one or two day window to play. This happened with another level and after days of frustration, suddenly the special item disappeared and I was able to succeed. Good luck!
This is a pain in the bottom. If we are required to get a certain number of donuts, they should make sure there is a way to get them. Glad to know that of the numerous time I only had one doughnut to go that it was not my error. They should really fix this. It's a stupid design to a game that is otherwise quite enjoyable.
