I no longer can send or receive lives on cookie jam?

Answers from official Cookie Jam page:
If you connect your game to Facebook, you'll be able to send and receive lives from your Cookie Jam friends.
If you'd like to send a life to your friend, select the heart icon in the top left hand corner of your screen. From here, you'll be able to send lives to your friends, as well as ask them for more lives! Clicking either of these buttons will bring up a new screen with a list of your friends, separated by all your Facebook friends, and then your Facebook friends that play Cookie Jam. Select the friends you'd like to send lives to and then hit send!
When your friends send you a life, you'll be able to accept the request from your inbox, located in the top right hand corner of your screen. You can only send lives to your friends once every 24 hours, and you can't have more than 100 requests in your inbox.
