What do the different boosters do?

What do the different boosters do?

I have 3 each of the boosters -- but I can't remember what all of them do, and I don't want to waste one of each to find out. What do the oven mitt, can of whipped cream and rolling pin do? (I can only remember what the pastry bag and wooden spoon do.) Thanks!
