How to get gems

I was wondering if anyone knows how to REALLY get free gems. I have tried everything but nothing. I don't have a lot of money and I'm trying to get it for my son. Please help

Remove objects like rocks trees and stumps and sometimes you will get Gems also there are gems boxes every once in a while so make sure you remove them you get 25 gems per box
