A good strategy is to save your special attacks for when you face the boss of each level and then use them all at once right off the bat to bring their health down quickly.

Use your special attacks acording to your enemy as some are strong against one element but weak against another. As a general rule fire attacks are effective against plant types, plant attacks are effective against water types and water attacks are effective against fire types.

Remember to give out your clan and friend codes so that you can recruit clan members and earn more coins.

Make sure you collect you your daily prize each day as you can earn large amounts of coins and free diamonds from them.

When playing the slots to increase your monster's happiness you will sometimes spin and hit coins. If you allow the machine to stop on it's own as opposed to you stopping it you will find that you will win more coins.

You can use coins if you want to get your monster to the next level quickly. The closer your monster is to the next level the less the coin requirement will be.

Make sure that before you go into battle with your monster you have increased it's overall happiness bar to around halfway.

Keep training your monster to keep it happy otherwise you will end up with a monster that refuses to attack.

Always take a diamond into battle with you to ensure that if you die you will be able to continue playing and you won't lose any of the XP or Gold that you have collected.

When you battle an opponent they will litter the ground with gold, power-ups, and hearts. Collect the gold and power-ups as soon as you can but leave the hearts until your opponent has delivered their next attack before you collect them. Doing this ensures thay you get the maximum health benefit out of each heart.
