Remember that when you take furnishings out of your home and put them into storage they will no longer be counted towards the overal value of your home. Don't sell items unless you desperately need the coins as you will only get a quarter of the purchase price back when you sell something and if you purchased it using gems you will get nothing back.

You can add to your overall social ranking by visiting neighbours and helping them by tapping on their furnishings to 'Like' them and then tapping on the heart when it falls to the ground.

The key to leveling up quickly and putting together a geat home is to have plenty of neighbors. Two things you can do to help recruit neighbors is to visit community members and work to get your social rating high and posting your Storm8 ID on walls along with 'Add me'.

Make sure you post Storm8 ID name not your home's name otherwise people will not be able to invite you to be their neighbor.
