Or the Freakishly Rugged Advanced Genetics Galactic Enforcement Division. They are the only two active field agents. Their job is to thwart T.O.O.L.'s or the Tyrannical Opressors Of Life's plans. They are sent to a series of planets to defeat T.O.O.L. It is Percy and Francis against thousends of T.O.O.L. Baddies.
