You can make Grandpa stop safely and change course by using well-bandaged zombies as walls.
Plan Moves
Make sure you plan your moves before you proceed keeping in mind that the zombies and Grandpa move simultaneously and that Grandpa will not be able to move again until the zombies have reached their destination.
