When facing the summoned monster try and kill the summoner as quickly as possible as this will cause the summoned monster to instantly die.

If you abandon a stage before it has been completed you will lose ALL the acquired items from that stage.

Gold, potions and other valuable items can be found when you break boxes and open chests.

Keep an eye out for health wells during the game as you can refill your characters HP 100 percent just by walking up to it. Remember though it can only be used once.

Sell weaker pieces of equipment for gold when you have stopped using them.

A good strategy when battling enemies is to encircle them while keeping your distance. Doing this will bait the creature into swinging wildly allowing you to observe from a safe distance and then counter attack when it's attack has stopped.
