After converting your weapons a couple of times you will notice that the stats tend to stagnate so it is more beneficial to stop and wait until you level up a little bit more before you try them again.

Depending on your Experience level you can change certain attributes by converting weapons.

To gain honor you need to make friends in the game. This is done by going to the friends list and selecting the 'Sent' tab.

You can improve your character several ways, you can gain experience levels by battling, upgrade their base stats by training and by promotion. This is done when your characters are at max level and will increase their rarity and although they will go down to level one again their base stats and shape will increase and they will be able to level quickly and gain stats rapidly due to the new low levels.
