When you are struggling to see where paintings are on the walls look for the wall sconce light that illuminates the floor in front of them instead of the paintings themselves.

A good strategy is to use the square floor tiles to help track where a diagonal move will take you.
Lasers switch between on and off every move and leave a black scorch mark on the walls, use these marks to note where the laser will hit the next time it is on.
When you have no paws left the countdown timer will indicate how long you will have to wait until you receive your next paw refill.
Whenever Rory hits a wall he will leave a collision mark behind in the form of a crack, keep an eye out for these marks and use them as a reminder of what direction you came from or have already been to.
In the early stages of the game you will mainly be working with straight lines and corners but as the stages become more complex you will only be able to reach certain items by following a set of diagonals, an example of this is a painting in the middle of a wall.
Time is not a factor when you are in Fruit Ninja painting-swipe mode so there is no need to rush. Take your time and think about your next move, even if you are unable to see it behind the painting.
