Move one space to the left, one space down and another space to the left to hide behind the plant. Move one space down and then one space to the left to take out a pair of guards. Then move one space down, another two spaces to the right and then two spaces to the left. Move one space to the right, one space to the left and then three spaces to the right. After that move one space to the left, one space down and then another space to the right to unlock a door and enter a trapdoor. Upon exiting the trapdoor, move two spaces to the left, one space down, another space to the right and one space down to pick up a gun to take out the two guards on each of your side.

After taking out those two guards, move one space up, one space to the left, another space down and then another space to the left to pick up a rifle which you will use to take out your target on the balcony next to the one you're standing on.
