Duel Stars Challenge

The Duel Stars Challenge is available on any already completed Challenge or Duel Node. It has different rules to the main game that you will want to familiarise yourself with. The complete list of rules available in Duel Stars Challenge are below:

1 Card Hand:
You only have 1 card in your hand.

TIP: You want Monsters with high Life Points and high Power for this - you are aiming for longevity of your single Monster.

2 Card Hand:
You only have 2 cards in your hand.

Deck x2:
Your opponent has twice their original Deck.

Deck x3:
Your opponent has three times their origina Deck.

Cripple All:
Your Monsters all lose Power at the end of each round.

Heal:
Your opponent gains Life Points at the end of each round.

Hurt:
You lose Life Points at the end of each round.

Boost All:
Your opponent's Monsters gain Power at the end of each round.

Life Points:
Your Life Points are limited at the start of the Duel.

TIP: Use a Deck focused on Healing for this challenge.

Fragile:
All your Monsters bear the Fragile characteristic.

Self-Destruct:
All of your Monsters destroy themselves at the end of the round.

*** Only:
All your Monsters except for the one named are destroyed as soon as you play them.

TIP: If this comes up as Spells Only, you need to concentrate on picking Spells that deal damage to your opponent's Monsters. Things like Damage and Burn Spells. You do also need Monster cards too, as otherwise you won't have any Life Points. Look for Monster cards with effects that activate when they are destroyed to get past this fiendish obstacle!
