Dawnguard Faction -- Hide and Seek

Gunmar has identified a vampire masquerading as a Traveling Pilgrim, Traveling Merchant or Traveling Bard at a random location and he wants you to go and kill them.  He warns you that you have to be discrete, since the local law is not aware of the deception so they will think you are just committing murder rather than a public service.

How you take them out is pretty much up to you -- if you are a member of the Thieves Guild you can just kill them where you find them and then pay the fine to the guard and get off without being detained.  If your Speech skill is high enough you can talk to the target and convince them to follow you, then lead them to a private place and kill them.  You can also do a ninja-style kill either from hiding or sneaking up when they are alone... 

Personally since I am the master of the Thieves Guild and have re-established its rule in the lands I just go for the straight-in kill them on sight approach, but YMMV.

The reward for this is a random piece of kit with a random enchantment...
