A Walk on the Weird Side

Blue equals down, pink equals up. Use these field of gravity to move yourself around the level. Use the various gravity fields to fling yourself up into areas. Get to the darker area and use it to get into the Green Pipe.

COMET MEDAL
As you careful make your way through the hall, being careful not to get caught in the electrical fields, wait for the gravity to switch below the Comet Medal. Then take the ledge up and grab the Comet Medal.

Then use the field to launch yourself into the Star. If you miss you're going to get shocked so hopefully you have some health left just in case.

Burning Upside Dizzy

You need to get into the Green Pipe where you'll be given a Fire Flower. Don't go crazy as you only want to burn away the top middle crate to expose the pipe. Now talk to Gearmo and he's going to have you burn through all the crates in just 20 seconds. Not a lot of time for this one so I suggest moving fast to the bottom and just go down the line firing them straight up.

Upside Dizzy Green Stars x2

Green Star #1 is in the upper left corner of the room with the Life Mushroom. Wait for the platforms to slide left and then jump into the gravity field and it will fling you into the Star.
Green Star #2 is in the upper right corner of the very next room. Jump up onto the floating ledge and then jump up into the star.
