If you go near a gang op then leave before they are all cleared out you'll need to go far enough away for them to despawn and reset, and then go back. If they don't have a target marker above their heads, the're not part of the op and killing them will only raise notoriety.He problem with helis and the vtol to do gang ops and survivals is you need to stay in the area that in comparison to the way tey sway as you move them laterally is actually quie small, so they're tricky. but they are indded soooo easy, just a rocket and bam.
A stolen attack helicopter makes almost all of the Gang Operations easy. I nabbed the armed Eagle variant from Sierra Point (the National Guard base). A few rockets, and this gang operation was wiped out in less than ten seconds.
This gang operation was one of the ones that was immediately available and marked on the map at the beginning of the game. If it doesn't show it would have to be a glitch.
The gang operation dosent show up for me it is the last thing I need to do in the game
