Head to the Saints HQ to start the mission. Drive to the STAG PR building and use the molotovs to burn the banner. Head back to the HQ afterward and enter through the main door.

First, use the rocket launcher to defend the northern side of the HQ. Keep doing this until you get the objective to help Viola in the south. Get to the other side of the room and take out the commandos. Next, repel the enemies in the south, including the snipers in the rooftop. Return to the north side and take out the tanks and other targets. Keep doing this until Pierce arrives.

Am I late with the party?

Take the elevator down and regroup with Pierce. You'll have a new toy, the Laser Targeter which will call in an airstrike. Use this to take out the large group of enemies outside, including the tanks and VTOLs. Next, defeat the enemies who will break in from the south. Take the elevator up when prompted.

Once in the rooftop, you have to choose whether you'll hand over Josh to STAG (city takeover assistance) or keep him with the Saints (Nyte Blade as a Homie). The first option seems viable if you want to make your life a bit easier. In my case, I'm already maxed out at this point and pretty much conquered all territories so I decided to keep Josh instead. After deciding Josh's fate, jump off the building to complete the mission.
