Defeat all Teratropes in the outer perimeter with the Hyper Strike.

The "Outer Perimeter" refers to the platform you land your ship on. Go forwards and Hyper Strike all the Teratropes, and then turn left. There will be another Teratrope here, so Hyper Strike it. Go up the rocky stairs and across the rocky platforms, swing across the gap and turn right at the T-intersection.

Hyper Strike the Teratrope you'll find near the ice crystal, and then extract some ice. Go back down, and go past the way you came. Cool the heated platforms and make your way over to the next rocky platform. Hyper Strile the Teratropes on this platform to get the Skill Point.
