Once you make it to Victory Road and get to the top exit area where you will come up from the right and then exit is bottom exit to the left and down. You need to push the stone with Strength and do down the small path on the left. You'll enter the Trial Chamber and Terrakion is right in there. Go for it. Remember to use Dusk Balls as this is a cave situation.

I caught cobailion by lowering its hp to red then put it to sleep and threw dusk balls, btw virizion is by the two bridges in pinwheel forest so use ultra balls

THE EASIEST WAY IS TO SAVE BEFORE BATTLING TERRAKION
* THEN JUST LOWER IT'S HP TO RED BAR (IF YOU HAVE EMBOAR LVL 58,USE FLAME CHARGE 3 TIMES)
*YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO PARALYZ IT OR INDUCE SLEEP
*START USING DUSK BALLS AS SOON AS YOU GET ITS HP TO RED
*CHANCES ARE YOU WILL CATCH WITH TWO THREE BALLS (BUT BRING AT LEAST 15 OR 20)
Just get a master ball
Somebody is getting a little crazy here
Then you follow it, but the saving before just in case does work bring lots of ultra dusk quick and timer balls got to be ready for anything
QUICK BALL IS THE WAY TO GO...

How do you catch in white 2 I used offer 100 ultra balls
When he was at 2 percent on HP:-(
I caught Virizion and Cobalion both with my first dusk ball... Hopefully I will have the same luck this time. Thank god for false swipe...

I caught each with like 40 ultra balls in total. I used a fraxure with false swipe at level 70.
I caught it when it HP is yellow with timer ball.
