REQUIREMENTS: See Suicine 6 times during the game.
ABILITIES NEEDED: Surf & Cut
LEVEL: 40
1) You need to release all 3 of the Legendary dogs at Ecruteak Burnt Tower.
2) In Cianwood, head to the top to see Suicune again and fight Eustine.
3) On Route 42 as you are Surfing to Mahogany Town you will come to an island. You need to Cut a tree and head into the area and Suicune will appear.
4) After you have beaten the Elite 4 you will see Suicune in Vermillion Harbor as you get off the SS Aqua.
5) You will see Suicune on the right side in Route 14.
6) Once you send Misty back to her Gym you need to come back to the same area and Suicune will be here.

Suicune was on 1 HP and paralyzed on my DS but after all my 23 ultra balls he still wasn't caught.Sad.
If you run or knock him out and didn't save, you have to beat the Elite Four and the Champion again. Then he'll reappear.
if you didn't save the game. Can recatch Suicune again?
