Fight Area
This section has several split paths leading to different areas. The exit nearest to the ship leads to Route 225. The north exit further in leads to the Battle Park. And finally, the east exit takes you to Route 230. Speak to the fisherman standing next to Battle Park exit and agree with him to get a SUPER ROD. Continue east to Route 230.

You can pick some berries from the patch up north if you're interested. Otherwise, surf east on the water and get on the small island. Climb up the steps, head northeast down the next one. Smash the rock and grab the RARE CANDY. Go back up to the tall grass area. Use your Dowsing Machine to locate an HP UP at the northeast wall. Get off the island and surf further east to Route 229.

I'v been looking for a togipi for a long time now and i herd its on route 230 but i cant find it!!! Help!!!
Ya've got to get the National Dex if ya want to get to route 230 or 225. To get the ndex, you gotta SEE, not catch the 150 pokemon in the sinnoh dex. So ya don't gotta catch any of the legendaries to proceed

You can also get Togepi on route 230 . If you surf along the water, you'll get to an island, climb up the stairs and it's covered in grass . You have to use the Poke Radar to find it though .
i visited the elder and talked to the proffeser and he still didnt give me the dex.

You have to complete the national dex or the original dex????????????????? because there are like 400 pokemon on the nat dex
