I like using bikes because firstly, you can wheely and secondly, you don't have to stick with outward drift. I like inside corner drifts.
Spear, sneakster, Mach bike, bullet bike, flame runner are all good options. Magikruiser or Sherbert Land or Shy guy Beach world records...

the bowser bike sucks
The Sneakster is freaking fast, but TERRIBLE at turning corners.
try large characters there pros at speed weight offroad & drift
it seems we all have ups and downs with our favorites.
YOUR ALLLLL wrong. the blue falcon is the fastest. but i cant really say that the drifting rocks.
I like Dolphin Dasher with Yoshi. Not sure why

I like the wario bike & the mach bike, although I have never tried using it.

I usually will probably use the bullet bike with baby mario or luigi for extra speed and weight
