Go ahead and choose the unknown destination we have unlocked (it does not actually ID itself) first.  To the left of the gate after the CS is a Treasure Sphere with a Casino Ticket inside -- grab that and then return to the Historia Crux and select The Void Beyond.

Wrapping up the Side Stuff

There is not really a lot that we need to do here at the moment -- but there are some things we can do like grab the Map of The Void Beyond from the nearby Treasure Sphere and then do a long throw over the rail to get x6 Potent Chips from the far away Treasure Sphere.  Use Mooglehunt at the rail on the opposite side to reveal a Treasure Sphere with 800 Gil in it -- which you also need to throw your Moogle to get.

Head back through the Distortion Gate to learn about Time Reversal and return to the Historia Crux now...

Now head back to Yaschas Massif and turn in the Old Battery to complete the quest and obtain 300 CP and Amur's Sphere.  Well done mates!
