Chapter 16: Mystery Eggs

You should make it a point when you visit a neighbor's farm to feed their chickens in thier Chicken Coop because there is a random chance that you will obtain a Mystery Egg just like you do when you feed your own chickens in your Chicken Coop.  You are probably aware that you can get good items from the eggs, but have you ever wondered exactly what?

The following list is active as of publication time for this guide, but items are added and removed from the eggs periodically, just so you know.  That being the case, if there is a particular item from the lists that you want, it would be a good idea to actively try to maximize your chances of getting it by feeding your neighbor's Coops daily!

There is a random chance for a Chicken in your Coop to lay an egg that hatches into another chicken.  The more of a particular type of chicken you have in your Coop increases the chances of obtaining its offspring.  In each of the Egg Listings below you will find the possible offspring for each of the egg types.

== White Mystery Egg ==

The White Egg is obtained from regular chickens as well as Chicken Joy, and Chicken Cheer.  A White Egg can randomly spawn a Regular or a Brown Chicken.

The English Egg is obtained from Dorking, Sussex, and Sebright Chickens and the Old English Hen. An English Egg can randomly spawn a Cornish, or a Dorking Chicken, or an Old English Hen.

In addition to the items that can be obtained from the eggs that you open -- and the chickens you can also get -- there are two Ribbons that are associated with the eggs, one called the Cracked Ribbon, and another called the Egg-celent Discovery Ribbon.  Read the Ribbon Chapter for more information, but we should emphasize that a large amount of XP can be awarded when you earn Ribbons.
