Placing buildings on your farm is many things for most gamers -- it is the first way that you make your farm unique -- it is the first step towards increasing profits -- it is the most efficient way to retain large numbers of cows, horses, pigs, and sheep -- and it is the first step to breeding your own custom animals! Buildings allow you to store animals and stockpile items -- they represent decoration and function -- and they can be an excellent source of XP in the alchemy of exchanging Coins for Experience.
