There are no 'cheats' for Empires and Allies. Zynga want players to have to spend their hard-earned cash on Empire Points to, in effect,
'cheat' at the game. Empire Points allow you to skip quests, level up quicker, and generally make the game much easier.
If you see anywhere that you are able to download something to allow you to cheat at Empires and Allies, get free Empire Points, or otherwise circumvent the game's natural course, the chances are they are trying to get into your Facebook account, or, in the case of required downloads, put a virus or malware on your computer.

How can i add face book friends as strike force?
just add theme to your facebook your co friends or co allience on the game or simply invite your friends on facebook to play empires and allies.
