What can I say?  Garland is much more powerful than the regular enemies you've been fighting, and he'll steal your Bravery very quickly.  Make sure you dodge his dashing attack, and never allow him to grab the EX Cores when they come into play, as his EX Burst is insanely powerful and tears you apart.

Sephiroth is a speedy powerhouse and executes series of quick slashes whenever you draw nearby.  He'll also chase you regularly.  Try your best to dodge his blows and collect EX Cores as they appear.  Dodging Sephiroth's slashes should allow you to get a few hits in on him.

The Emperor mainly uses traps in the form of mines, as well as his dangerous Flare spell.  Collecting EX Cores is of vital importance in this fight.  Make sure you focus on avoiding the Emperor's attacks and look for an opening to get a shot at him.

Garland's only weakness lies in his fairly slow attacks.  Take advantage of this by blocking or defending from Garland's attacks and pound him with bravery attacks.  Follow this up with an EX Burst.  It certainly helps a great deal if you use the Ray Bomb skill on Garland before the battle begins to cut down 40% of his HP.
