The Xbox 360 verion of Condemned 2: Bloodshot features a total of 38 different achievements. Each achievement that you unlock contributes a certain amount of points to your overall gamerscore. You can acquire a grand total of 1000 points by playing Condemned 2.

1. Anger Management Trigger 10 Player Responses. 10 points |

2. Beat Cop Complete a mission. 10 points |
 |
3. Big Game Hunter Kill 10 enemies with the Antler (found in Mission 07: Black Lake Lodge). 10 points |

4. Self Medicated Heal yourself for a total of 1000 points. 25 points |
 |
5. Brick Wall Multiplayer: Complete 5 Successful Blocks. 10 points |
 |
6. Bum King Multiplayer: Survive a Bum Rush match on the SCU side without firing a single shot. 30 points |
 |
7. Can You Hear Me Now? Destroy every single Supersonic Emitter. 30 points |
 |
8. Chain Gang Use each Chain Attack (i.e., Chain Attack level 1, level 2, and level 3) 5 times. 30 points |

9. Chief Investigator Complete all missions in Hard mode. 50 points |
 |
10. Collector Multiplayer: Collect the evidence on the SCU side 5 times in Crime Scene. 10 points |

11. Decisive Restraint Do not kill any of the museum guards during Mission 06: City Museum. 25 points |
 |
12. Defender Multiplayer: Defend the evidence on the Infected side 10 times in Crime Scene. 25 points |
 |
13. Detective Complete a mission in FPS mode. 30 points |
 |
14. Detective - First Grade Complete all missions in FPS mode. 50 points |
 |
15. Bloodshot Unlock all Bloodshot Fight Clubs. 25 points |
 |
16. EPA (Environmental Pwnage Area) Execute a total of 25 environmental finishing moves. 25 points |

17. Flambe Kill 10 enemies by first breaking a liquor bottle on them and then using the stun gun. 25 points |

18. Gold-Plated Attain a Gold rating on all 11 missions. 50 points |
 |
19. GOOOAAALLLL! Use the foosball table piece to kill 10 enemies (found in Mission 08: Trenton District). 10 points |

20. Investigator Complete a mission on Hard mode. 25 points |
 |
21. Just The Facts Multiplayer: Collect the evidence 10 times in Crime Scene. 25 points |
 |
22. Master Investigator Earn a “Perfect” Forensics rating at the end of all 11 missions. 30 points |
 |
23. Magellan Multiplayer: Play each map 5 times. 25 points |
 |
24. A La Mode Multiplayer: Play 5 games of each mode. 25 points |
 |
25. MP Overachiever Multiplayer: Win a Deathmatch game with 15 kills without dying. 50 points |

26. The Plumber Kill 10 enemies with the Pipe. 25 points |
 |
27. Punch Drunk Multiplayer: Kill 10 players using your fists. 10 points |
 |
28. Restraint... Not Multiplayer: Win 10 Crime Scene games as SCU without firing a shot. 30 points |

29. Rush Champ Multiplayer: Eliminate the SCU 5 times. 25 points |
 |
30. Serial Killer Multiplayer: Accumulate a total of 1000 kills in multiplayer games. 50 points |
 |
31. SKX Multiplayer: Kill 9 unique players with the Serial Killer. 50 points |
 |
32. Sleuth Earn a Perfect score in a Forensics event. 10 points |
 |
33. Survivor King Multiplayer: Bum Rush Survive 5 times. 30 points |
 |
34. Trooper Complete the single-player game (any difficulty). 30 points |
 |
35. Tune In Tokyo Activate every single Antenna. 30 points |
 |
36. Sidekick Multiplayer: Assist in scanning evidence in Crime Scene mode 10 points |

37. The Final Word Execute an environmental finishing move. 10 points |
 |
38. Cut Throat Multiplayer: Perform 25 finishing moves. 30 points |
