Old Haven is attached to the Rust Commons East. As soon as you enter you'll turn in on the corpses on the ground. This starts the second mission which is to shut off the smoke signals. These are NOT labels on the map so watch the video to see the location of all 4 smoke signals. This area ramps up the bandit level by introducing the Crimson Lance. These guys are much heavier armored and better equipped. Go for headshots!
